Give us a call or send us an email! We will schedule a consultation with you to discuss your vision. Think big and tell us what you want. From there we will work with you based on your budget to see how best to bring your project to life.
Once we agree to work together you will be given a quote for your total project. Once you pay your half deposit the filming date is locked.
During the time from the booking to the actual shoot day our Executive Producer will be in communication with you to go over everything from talent, to scheduling to edits. We try to make ourselves as available as possibl;e with a quick turnaround on phone calls and emails. We take a great deal of pride of keeping our clients informed during every step of the process.
The day of filming we arrive and capture everything that has been discussed with the client. A shoot day is 8 hours. We do not charge half day rates. We get asked that a lot and the simple fact is due to the level of pride we take in our work we don’t think it’s fair to our clients to book two in one day. You get out full and undivided attention on your shoot day whether it takes 4 hours or 8.
Editing a project will typically take 3 weeks depending on our edit schedule. Once you get you first cut you will give us your notes and we will integrate them if possible (it’s usually possible). We will then send the revised version back to you.
You will send us final notes on the revised version and get your final cut which has been sound mixed and color corrected.
Balance on the invoice is due and you are ready to show the world your new video!!

Typically after filming is wrapped, depending on the size and scope of the project you can expect a first cut in three weeks.

We sure do! If you are not based in Florida and would like to work with us, we travel anywhere. Depending on the distance, all travel is factored into your quote.
-
Absolutely. We have worked with dozens of advertising agencies and companies that only require us to film for them. Once filming is complete, the footage is immediately backed up on our end and transferred promptly to you.
-
We currently do not offer still photography. We solely do video so that our clients get a hyper focused, high-quality product. We can however pull still images for you from the video during the editing process to maximize your content. We can also work with a photographer on set if you decide to hire one separately.
-
After your consultation and issued quote, we will go over potential shoot days based on our schedules. Once a date is selected, you’ll receive a half-deposit invoice which is required to be paid in order to lock that date in place.
-
Payment can be completed through your issued invoice via PayPal or check.
-
All of the music we use in our completed videos is licensed and is royalty free so there are no issues when showcasing your video.

No two jobs are the same, therefore no two quotes are the same. Quotes are built depending on the length and scope of each individual project. We do our best to be as streamlined and affordable as possible. We are willing to work with your budget when appropriate to make working together a reality.
